What Causes Red Itchy Dots On Soles Of Feet?

yes I take pravastatin for colestoral and low dose aspirin for healthy heart once a night for about 2 years now. Also my dermetologist said that I have Rosacia on my nose which I use a topical ointment for. and I'm suddenly experiencing little red itchy dots on the soles of my feet. Can this be another part of the Rosacia or could it be a side effect of the meds?(pravastatin)
