What Causes Red Itchy Lesions While On Aaristovole?

Started Àaristovole in late December after primary breast cancer and have red itchy lesions over my body. I stopped taking the pills in late January. So far no cream has helped. The lesions heal with a rough surface or appear to have lost the top skin layer. I am waiting to see a Dermatologist but still have no appointment. Any ideas? Please help.
