What Causes Red Itchy Lumps Near The Ankle?

I jave little red dots on the arch of my feet. They itch rely bad at night and whole omvon the shower. If im wearing different shpes i can feel them more. Too sooth the itch i put coco bitter on them. It only helps fpr me to sleep. THere are clusters of little hard dot in the arch and on the tops of my toes. As soon as i itch it thevitch speads all over the infected area
