What Causes Red Itchy Marks On My Arms?

Hi I work at a pet store and the other day I picked up the Pink Toed Tarantula, she walked on my arm and after that I put her back. A few moments later I noticed that there were red marks on my arms where her feet had been and my arm was vary itchy. I didn't think anything of it, except that maybe I was allergic to her hair. Well its been a few days now and those marks are still there and sometimes they get very itchy. I don't have Health Insurance. What should I do?
