What Causes Red Itchy Patches On Body Inspite Of Taking Omnacortil?

sir, my child 6 years old having red colour patches on her body 6 days back. We went to a general pediatrician. He prescribed omnacortil solution (5mg/5ml) 5ml 3times per day for 5days. After taking these medcine the red colur patches still there and itching also is there. what can i do. Shall i take her to dermatologist.
