What Causes Red Itchy Patches Under The Eyes?

Hi I had swollen itchy skin around my eyes last month, the doctor said it was cellulitis, I had no other symtons other than the skin being uncomfortable and looking very unattractive ! This week my eyelid started to swell, now its gone down but i have red itchy patches under my eyes
