What Causes Red Itchy Rash On Penis And In Groin Area?

I was diagnosed with a bladder infection and Vaginal Bacteria i took an antibiotic for a few days and ended up with a yeast infection 3 days ago. I was tested for std at the time and my results were negative. My boyfriend just notified me that he has a red itchy rash on his penis and groin area. Could this be a yeast infection from me?
