What Causes Red Itchy Rashes All Over Body?

Hello my name is Bob. I recently was told by my doctor I jave a flu like illness. It started with cough and runny nose. Then heavy fatigue and aches set in. After. Seing the doctor I have had a low grad fever while on Motrin. Fevor has gone away but now I have a red itchy rash all over. Including my eye lids. Its late at night and I dont know what to do.
