What Causes Red Itchy Spots All Over The Pubic Area?

I have recently come up in small red itcy spots, some filled with a yellow liquid. these spots become sore and cut. They are all area my pubic area, all on one side of my bottom and even a few on the bottom of my back. This happened a couple of weeks ago but after a week the spots have returned and I am not sure what to do or why they are there?
