What Causes Red Itchy Spots On My Body At Random Places?

Hi, some red itch spots appear on my skin at random places, and mostly just at night. They disappear in the morning, but if by any chance i scratched it, it leaves a black mark.. No change in skin care products (ei lotions, soap etc) I change my sheets almost every other week. What could be the cause for this? Can you suggest a solution?
