What Causes Red Itchy Spots On The Head Of Penis Post Masturbation?

I have HSV2 and although I m not currently having an outbreak I am getting red spots on the head of my penis after I masturbate. I am on supressive therapy and not sure if that has anything to do with it. Should I be worried about this? The redness doesn t hurt o itch that I ve noticed.
