What Causes Red Lesion On Calf?

i have a red lesion on my lower left calf i also have smaller ones on my hand and chest they change colour from dark red to a light pink the one on my lower calf blanches when pressed and a small bump is felt when i feel it these lesions come and go but the one on my leg dont go anymore is this serious
