What Causes Red Lump Along With Bruises On Thigh?

Hello, I ve noticed a red bump and a couple of bruises on my thigh a couple of days ago. Now I have quite a few on both of my thighs, they are big red bumps on the back of my thighs and are surrounded by a couple of bruises. My legs are starting to ache and the bumps qre getting sensitive to touch.
