What Causes Red Lump Under Skin In Pelvis Area?

hi i have a red lump under my skin in my pelvis area. it is hard and there is a secondary one next to it but neither red or as big. It is probably dime size; any idea what it is? i was thinking ingrown hair, but for some reason i think its different. i also work out every day, so ive thought hernia but im not sure because i can still work out.
