What Causes Red Lumps That Are Formed In A Straight Line?

Two days ago I was itching alot on my upper back, and this morning I look at my back and discovered I had six big red lumps on my upper back and one behind my upper arm all lined up with the one on the back of my hand.. One straight line. What can be the cause of this
