What Causes Red Painful Blotch With White Centre On The Palm?

I have a red blotch on the palm of my hand the size of a quarter and its white in the middle its painful and is hot to the touch what could it be because ive gotton this numerous times already sometimes there on my feet and so painful its hard to walk
