What Causes Red Painful Rash On My Inner Thigh?

I have a red rash/ blisters inbetween my upper inner thighs and my groin area, it hurts when i walk and when the day is done, i wipe it and i see brownish ooze liquid on the toilet paper which smells horrible.. What kind of rash is this? And what must i do to make it go away?
