What Causes Red, Painful Warts On Scrotum?

dear sir,i am suffering with genital warts on the scrotum from 3 days on wards. it's painful and changes to red colour. I am male, 25 years old.,single.,I dont have any sexual contacts with others. can you please give me suggestion for this? what's the problem?
