What Causes Red Patches And Itching On The Legs?

Hi, I havent been eating well, i have lost my appetite and feel sick when i try and eat. I went to a doctor about thsi yeasterday but he thought it was something to do with my stomach acid - i have no pain or heartburn etc so i think this is wrong. I managed to eat today but it has gone straight through me. Im exhausted and i have been struggling to sleep. I dont know if this has anything to do with a cough i had but i think im developing psoriasis as i have red patches which itch on my legs. I have a very stiff neck and headaches everyday. I know something is wrong but i dont know what. My doctors surgery is closed and i cant contact anyone by phone as i have no credit.
