What Causes Red Patches In The Lower Abdomen?

hi, I was told by my gp that I had urine infection and gave me antibiotics, then he also told me that if my pain still there then come and see him, i still have the pain on my right side under the belly button . its like a pressing pain and also now i have got some red patches on my hand and my stomach, can u please tell me whether i should go and see the doctor again
