What Causes Red Patches On Stomach?

Hi, In the past few days I have noticed very small red patches of skin on my stomach. They just feel rough, barely raised at all. They are not acute looking like a mole or bite, but rather just a small patch. There are a couple on various places on my stomach and do not hurt or itch at all. I have noticed a few more showing up, but there are only about 5.
