What Causes Red Pimples Between Legs And Around Vagina?

hello i have these red hard pimples between my legs on the bottom of my bottom and around my vagina. They are hard in appearance and if i scratch them a hard white lump will come out and then they bleed. Some of them have turned into what appear to be skin tags.
