What Causes Red Pimples On Hands?
hi,
i have rash/small red pimples on both hands from wrist to elbow. it stated on the right hand first and next day to the left hand also.. its very itchy at night. it started a week back.. now the small pimples appear to be dried but have little itching.. also looks like few pimples apprearing just above elbow.. is this due to some food allergy or any detergent contact?
