What Causes Red Pus Filled Blisters In My Underarm?

hi i have red, sores under my arm it started off i little red mark and now its spreading. they are like blisters which pop n white puss comes out then they turn in to wht looks like ring worm. i did have some on my inside leg but they have cleared up now.
