What Causes Red, Raised Rash On My Ankles And Joint Pain?

Hi Doc, I'm 32 years old, since a week had a mild runny nose and mild fever with sore throat that resolved with oral antihistamine tablets. As these respiratory symptoms subsided, since 3 days I've developed a bright red, raised rash mostly over my ankles, less over the top of my feet and lower legs; these are not itchy rather burning sensation and now mild ankle joints pain. Not resolving with Eurax hydrocortisone cream and cetrizine tablets. No urinary or abdominal symptoms either. What should I do now Doc?
