What Causes Red Rash On Abdomen And Legs Post Vaccination?

Hello, my daughter is 13 months old she got her 12 months shots on December 31'st and now she has a welp where she got her shots and also has a rash on her belly all the way around her belly button but does not touch the belly button and also on her legs. Could this be a reaction to her shots even though it has only been the last couple of days?
