What Causes Red Rash On Face And Neck With Swollen Lymph Node?

lately i feel like something is just not right with me. I have a lot of strange symptoms but i'm not sure if they could possibly be related to something serious. I recently got a red bumpy rash on the left side of my face and neck, my left lymph node by my ear is swollen, and I have tiny little black dot things on my palms. My gynochologist told me I had dysplasia on my cervix about a year ago and i'm wondering if these symptoms could be a sign that it has now developed into cancer?
