What Causes Red Rash On Legs While On Antibiotics For Bladder Infections?

Hi, I am currently on antibiotics for a bladder infections, in the last day or so I have noticed a lumpy red rash come up, it s on my legs arms hands and coming up in other places, very itchy and annoying, is this me reacting to the antibiotics and if so is it dangerous?
