What Causes Red Rash On One Ear And Feet?

So, I started an RA medicine that IDK if I had a reaction to or not. It was at the two week mark that I had a severe headache for two days and everytime i would bend over, it was horrible. When the headache finally got better, I noticed a red rash on my left ear and circular red marks on my toes that have now spread on my feet and is just a red rash. I have been using benedryl 2x a day and cortizone cream but it isn't helping. Is this a reaction? How do I get rid of the rash.
