What Causes Red Rash On The Penile Tip?

I have red rash on the top of my penis head looks like little red lumps and it s getting worse ! I reserved oral and the rash started ! Iv been to the doctor and he s done tests but wouldn t day wat he thought it was and the results are still not back Just any info would be grate ! It s starting to get itchy now
