What Causes Red Rash On The Penis?

"I am a 23 yr old male. I have recently been in the UK and went to the doctors there becase of a red mark on my penis. He gave me cream and said it was some sort of ring fungus. That was about 2 weeks ago and it hasnt cleared yet, but he did say it could take around 4 weeks. I arrived back from the UK 2 days ago and since then I have had some small bladder leakage a few times. Is this likely to be realted to the mark on my penis. Or could it be to do with the fact I have been quite busy and could be run down?
