What Causes Red Rashes And Easy Sun Burns When Suffering From Lyme Disease?

I am 48 yrs old debilitated by Lyme disease with symptoms of Bulbar Palsy and motor neuron disease - and ever since my first symptom appeared my shoulders and knees would periodically become heated, red, and burn like I got a harsh second degree sun burn... Also at times my feet and lower limbs would feel warm but would be cold to the touch.... What could this be signs of???
