What Causes Red Rashes In A Toddler?

hi dok my little girl of 4 years has a red rash over her body it looks like measels but its not,i took her to many dokters and they tell me its a virus or its a allergy.she has the sash for a month now and she is using preflam and allergex i want to know what is causing the rash could it be sugar?????
