What Causes Red Rashes On Cheeks Spreading Out On Nose?

I have been having a rash on both cheeks of my face that appears red in color and is almost symetrical. It appears to never heal and has been going on for about 8 weeks and is streaking towards the middle of my nose bridgeing to the other side of my cheek. Ive also noticed an increase in joint pain primarily in my knees and ankles.
