What Causes Red Rashes On Face?

Hi, I am 34 years old female with some problems like slightly red rashes in my face. Also when I wake up in the morning my face is swollen but it comes back to normal when in few hours. The doctors have checked my ESR which is 60. I have been taking anti-biotics for 10 days but not much effect. All my other blood test have come back normal. Doctors are puzzled and not sure what to do? Please advice?
