What Causes Red Rashes On Legs And Arms Along With Fever?

My daughter is 15 years old. She has small red rashes on her legs and arms and it feels a little painful (No itch). One day later she got fever. After taking Aspirin, her fever has temporarily gone, but the rashes are sitll there, but a little better. Could you please tell me the reason?
