What Causes Red Rashes On The Body While Suffering From Cold?

my 1 year old and 5 months son is secreting excessive rheum every morning. he just got allergy, hypersensitivity reachm probably food intake last may 8. big red rashes on whole body. he just take antihistamine for 5 days. and he also have colds. green mucus from his nose.
