What Causes Red Sores On Labia And Rectal Pain?

Hi. I am a 20 year old female. I went to the doctor thinking I had a yeast infection and they gave me some cream. I used it that night and the next day I had these red sores (they kind of look like blisters) on my labia. I am also having a lot or rectal pain and pain when I urinate. My doctor told me that it may be herpes. I took a test but my results won't be in for 2 weeks. I am really scared and was wondering if it could be something else?
