What Causes Red Splotches On The Legs And Itching In The Ankles?

I have hepatitus c , refused to take interferon. Hacing a red rash of sort, not raised bumps but red splothes on my legs only in the evenings. Itchy as poison oak.. Not that, itches the worst at my ankles and only during the evening..Also They respond to clariton, however I'd rather not take mds. Is there a natural cure ?
