What Causes Red Spot And Red Line From Thigh After Drawing Blood?

i have been being treated by the military for the past 2 days for cellulitis and they just drew blood today. its really red "big spot" on my lower left shin and i also have a red line starting from the inside of my left mid thigh leading all the way down to the cellulitis
