What Causes Red Spot On Breast After Having Clomid?

hi. i m planing to get pregnant.i m taking clomidat

now i get rashes under my breast its red and brown large spot brown with redness it bothers me

i put candid b cream now but i dont know if this cream should not use if i m palning to get married

help me please
