What Causes Red Spot On Buttocks After An Injury?

I slipped and fell and landed on my lower back/ upper butt area. I tried to catch myself or break my fall but I didnt. There is a red spot on my but could this be punctured from the inside? My butt hurts very bad around my tail bone area. My lower back is also hurting. It hurts to touch or to sit down and to bend over. Should I be seen at the hospital?
