What Causes Red Spot On Clitoris?

Hello. I noticed I have a red spot on my clitorus. I had this almost 2 years ago and last year my ob referred me to an oncologist because he thought it was VIN. I had a laser surgery to remove the lesions and they said everything was fine. It s been almost a year since my surgery.
