What Causes Red Spot On Forehead Along With Fever In An Infant?

My 1 year old fell off my bed yesterday morning, she instantly cried and cried for about 5 minutes, after about 10 minutes a red spot about the size of an egg showed up in the middle of her forehead. She acted normal all day and by the afternoon it was barely lumped up and redness was almost gone. That evening she started running a fever, ended up giving her Tylenol in the middle of the night and now twice today. Spot isn t red anymore, and is starting to bruise I think. She s acting totally normal, and the Tylenol is helping with fever it s not making it gone and I was wondering if it s ok for me to wait till tomorrow to go to doctor, or if I should go to er now?
