What Causes Red Spot On Leg After A Skin Burn?

Hi one night I fell asleep with my laptop on my leg and it burned me(I believe) and I woke up the next morning with a blister on my leg. I popped it and leaked out the water, it seems it was just a water blister, well here I am 2 months later and the spot hasn t gone away. A blister tried to come back in the same spot but it was very small and barely rose off the skin, and now it s just a red spot on my leg but this has been over a 2 month time and it doesn t seem normal to be there for 2 months.
