hii,m 25 yrs, with 5,8" of hight and 62 kg weight, a student, had homo sex bt always safe, few days ago i found 4-5 red spot on top of my panis and yes it was panic too, it was going to cure but 2day i found one more soptand lil more to come , i am scared what to do ? alonf with a puls of my shaft getting hard n too panic....please suggest....
