What Causes Red Spot With Dead Skin In Site Of Being Pinched?

Hello, well at some point a few months ago my brother was pinching my skin and then I didn't know but I checked my skin it seems to be a bit reddish on the spot and it seems to be some dead skin left over, when I feel it it's a bit rough.... Could you help me identify what's wrong maybe a small blood clot?
