What Causes Red Spots All Over The Body In A Kid?

Toddler woke up this morning with some red spots around body, like mosquito bite, but she started getting more by afternoon, and now her ankles are swollen and she has some red swollen areas on her feet. What could this be? Around a week ago she has several mosqioto bites, could it be a reaction or infection from the mosquito bite?
