What Causes Red Spots All Over The Body Of A Baby?

Hello, My 2 month-old baby has developed tiny non-raised red spots over her body (mostly down the sides of her torso + top of legs/bottom)... she seems unconsolable today... what could it be and could the crying be related (or just normal wind problems)
