What Causes Red Spots And Pimples Around Mouth/chin?

i have never suffered from any form of acne or spots. I recently met someone and ever since we have started kising, i seem to be getting alot of red spots and small pimples around my mouth and chin. Any ideas what could be the cause and what i could use to prevent this? I am 29 years old and am in very good health
